Blendship, Inc. is available to provide all hospice services to patients in the privacy of their homes and to residents of Long-Term care (LTC) Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE).

Medical Doctor Services - Our Hospice Physician provides scheduled and regular home visits, manages your hospice care and orders, and certifies your terminal illness.
Nursing Services (RN, LVN) - Our skilled nursing staff provide professional palliative and comfort care at the comfort of your own residence.
Hospice Aide / Homemaker Services - Our hospice aides provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, meal preparations, light housekeeping and other responsibilities.
Social Worker Services - Our social workers assist with social and psychosocial needs, community resources, counseling, advance directives, funeral planning, among many things.
Spiritual Services - Our chaplains provide spiritual needs and support of both the patient and family in a non-denominational way.
Volunteer Services - We also have a list of volunteers who are willing and able to provide assistance for you and your family.
Bereavement Services - Our services does not end when a patient passes away. Our spiritual counselors and chaplains will continue to provide emotional and spiritual support for the bereaved and their families.
